Site Disclaimer
WhoaStreet.sg sells high quality jewelry and other items. We are not the manufacturer of these pieces, but a leading reseller of the items sold on our site.
We strive to provide consumers with reproductions of "public domain" designs, or "original" designs that are comparable in quality and/or look to products sold by famous designers/manufacturers.
Even though some of the products sold on our site may look similar to those sold by famous designers, they are not manufactured or licensed by any famous designer, unless otherwise affirmatively claimed.
Whoastreet.sg sells thousands of products. Occasionally, we stock and advertise a product that appears to be a copy of a protected work. Because we respect the intellectual property rights of third parties, Whoastreet.sg has a policy to suspend the sale of any items claimed to be infringing, provided the third party owner provides reasonable evidence to allow our staff and legal counsel to conduct an investigation.
When we discover and conclude that an item infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party, Whoastreet.sg will permanently remove that item from sale.
We are not affiliated with, connected to, licensed, or authorized by any of the following companies: Cartier, Van Cleef, David Yurman, Juicy Couture, Chanel, Dior, Me&Ro, Royal Asscher Cut, or Tiffany & Co.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding any product sold on Whoastreet.sg, please call us at +65 9762-0302 or email our customer service department at [email protected].

Blue Topaz Disclaimer
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently announced restrictions on the purchase and sales of blue topaz stones. A common method of coloring topaz stones is by having them "blued" by nuclear irradiation. Though there have been no major health concerns raised, the NRC nonetheless has an obligation to regulate any products associated with nuclear activity of any sort. Decisions are still being made as to what licenses or permits will be required to legally buy or sell these gems, but in the meantime, jewelry merchants across the country have had to evaluate their merchandise.
WhoaStreet.sg does not currently sell any blue topaz products, so the restrictions are not applicable. We do, however, use the term "blue topaz" in the names and/or descriptions of items with blue CZ stones. This term is used only as a reference, so that customers can get a better idea of the look and hue of a stone. It is NOT indicative of any authentic blue topaz jewelry. If you have questions regarding these regulations, or any specific products, we would be happy to provide you with more information via phone or email.
