Returns Instructions for Defective/ Incorrect Item Received
For your Return to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 10 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the date parcel was delivered.
A full refund will be made to your account upon receipt of returned defective/incorrect item.
Returns will only be done for item(s) with its tag intact, unworn, unaltered and purchased directly from us. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

1. Please drop an email to [email protected] in the following format:
Subject: Return for <Your Item Tracking Number>
Content: include your name, order number, and the name or item code of the problem item(s).
2. Please do NOT mail back any incorrect, damaged, or defective items without advance confirmation from WhoaStreet.
We will contact you as soon as possibly to address and resolve the return procedures.
3. Upon confirmation repack the item in the original packing materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. This is particularly true for wedding ring sets (you must return both/all rings from the set, or we cannot accept your return or exchange request), and jewelry sets of necklaces and earrings. Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. WhoaStreet will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss of mails sent via normal mail postage.

5. Upon receipt of Return Item, a full refund for item and return mail postage from WhoaStreet will be made out to you.
